  1. Corruption isn't acceptable. If it is then why are lower level politicians getting sent to jail when they get caught? The governor of Illinois was imprisoned for selling Obama's Senate seat. There are examples every year of stuff like that. AOC was fined for mishandling political donations. So no, it's not that corruption is accepted. It's that there's an unwritten rule in the higher levels of government that incoming administrations won't prosecute the outgoing one. Fortunately because of how the Dems have handled Trump, that's clearly not the case anymore. So Republicans better get to prosecuting.
