It was after spring planting so it didn't effect food prices that much. That will hit this fall and next spring because fertilizer will be in short supply. Yes, it's all about you. Meanwhile this will be my generations 3rd "once in a lifetime" recession, 4th in all, as our retirement 401ks get demolished again. We had to create a new basis for the economy as our manufacturing jobs got shipped overseas and are the first to have less accumulated wealth than the previous generation. A lot of us lost our homes and retirement savings in 2008 and are facing that again, but yeah poor you.

@stiiizyjones14 That's because a housing bubble has been formed again. It's not being helped by Biden pushing the same policies that caused the one in 2008, loaning to people you know won't pay them back. It will pop and when it does, you'll be able to scoop up a nice home for cheap as the market will be flooded with bank repossessions like last time. It also depends on where you live. A 2 story, refurbished 1920s home on 3/4 an acre just sold here for $ 200,000 and that's with a huge increase in land prices due to pot farms.
