  1. I don't think he's going to run next time. He's getting older and he's pissed off his constituents by caving on the "Inflation" Act which was just the rest of the infrastructure pork.

  2. While I understand how Democrats have voting control of the Senate, I don't understand how that counts toward the committees since 3 of them aren't in the party. That means offical number wise, Republicans have more members. I guess at some point there was a rule change to make our Senate more like European houses, but I don't know when it happened. I do know that's not how it's laid out to function in the Constitution.
