@robfarrell9104 Alienable rights are not Constitutional rights. Unalienable rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Constitutional rights are restrictions on the US government’s power. They do NOT naturally exist in any other country or apply to non citizens of the US. The only ones that do deal with direct contact with government in the way of criminal law. Such as search and seizure. You, like many, confuse unalienable rights with government protections for citizens in the Constitution. Tell me, what unalienable right has to do with how the government will function? That’s in the Constitution which according to you is the rights everyone around the world is automatically entitled to.

Yeah Constitutional rights don’t apply to a private company. I think originally this was an attempt to extend Constitutional rights to illegals. Now that DeSantis has been dropped from it it’s pointless.
