  1.  Clarence Spangle  That's poor handling of a crisis so I'm confused how that makes Josh's statement "bullshit". Carter didn't force Russia to invade Afghanistan so he didn't create the crisis, he handled it poorly.

  2. It was a nightmare. We just purchased a house for more than I wanted to spend, but we can afford it. In before interest rates go through the roof. I can tell you it's insane right now. Every house was on the market less than a week and appraisals are backed up by 3 weeks because of it. People with half a brain see what's coming and are trying to insulate themselves as best as possible. Same with car purchases. Dealerships are running low and they aren't being made fast enough to meet demand.
