I think the current moralism that's rearing up is due to the pushes on the things you mentioned. Post term abortions (I don't think after viability because why not just remove it instead of kill it), the top surgeries that's escalating in young girls, the sex stuff to children, etc. The backlash was going to come. I just hope we can keep it from going too far back. Hopefully most see the line and won't allow it to be crossed. Gay marriage is fine and it's only a tiny fraction that don't agree with it. The main thing is to not elevate that small minority like the left has done. Don't pander to them and it should settle back down. The other concern is how bad Democrats are going to make it on their way out. How far will the power grab go and what will be left afterwards. The shining light is the Supreme Court if they can hold onto their balls through it. That's Trump's true legacy. We'll see with these coming decisions how far they'll go.
