  2. According to the report it was both. Some did it out of partisanship, some out of ignorance. The higher ups was for political reasons and the lower guys were incompetent.

It's funny they rant about how dangerous he is because he "didn't accept election results" when they didn't either and attempted a coup multiple times during his presidency. You had mainstream media calling him an installed fake president his entire term.

  4. Yes we already knew it, but there's a big difference in knowing something is true and having an offical report on the record stating it. Imagine in future historians going over this time period and finding article after article of Trump being elected by the Russians. That a President was installed by a foreign government. He's even impeached and there's multiple Congressional hearings and investigations. There's no Durham report to that was a thorough investigation over multiple years that found all of it false and it was perpetuated by the FBI in collusion with the opposition party.
