As far as Kathy Griffin goes, it's not art or parody to just take someone else's name and put childish words in their mouth. That's what elementary kids do. It's basically on the level of repeating everything someone says in a goofy voice. Children don't find that funny much less adults. Parody would be the SNL skit of Clinton, Monica, and the other leader on the phone together. It's taking a real world event and making fun of it. She's supposedly a professional comedian so she should know that. He was 100% correct in banning her because she and others broke the rules. He's also made it clear, under his leadership, there's a path to redemption and getting your account back. The fact she broke another rule by using her dead mother's account to avoid the ban should have ended up in a much longer ban, but Musk showed mercy. I never had a problem with most of the rules. I had a problem with them being selectively enforced.

They can delete them if they no longer feel that way and can now edit them to sound better. It's their timeline and their choice what to say and to leave it there. What I say irl doesn't delete automatically after a few months. It impacts the people I say it to forever.

Jones was the first to be simultaneously deplatformered across all social media. Others had been removed from one site or another, but remained on others until eventually getting removed. There's a difference.
