@JaneDoe-ob3tq If they live in Ukraine and are Ukrainian citizens, they are Ukrainian. That's how nations work. They started a Civil war, so Ukraine again has no right to defend it's land? Those Russians with help from Putin have been killing Ukrainians just like they've been killing Moldovans, but that's fine right?

That wasn't NATO forces. That was a coalition that included some NATO member countries. Pretty sure he said he was against that war also. People seem to not understand that NATO has a military of it's own. Explain how that's different than Russia, Belarus, Syria, and China working together against Ukraine. That's the problem when you try to justify a current coalition by damning a previous one. You're only pointing out why the current one is bad too.

Europe is a continent. What? I'm seriously saddened by the sheer stupidity coming out of the US education system.

The US didn't invade Cuba. If you're trying to claim that's equal, the US would have had to invade Cuba because there was a possibility the USSR would put nukes there. The nuke thing is irrelevant too considering they are hypersonic now so distance is no longer relevant.

@thomervin7450 A country has to formally ask to join NATO. NATO doesn't threaten invasion if they don't so how are they a bully? If you bother to pay attention, all the former Soviet countries that have joined, minus Estonia, did so because Russia invaded a former Soviet country. Russia invades a small former state, the other small former states get scared and ask to join NATO, rinse and repeat. Now Russia is cry bullying " NATO expansion is aggression" when his aggressions caused them to ask to join. Putin is just mad that NATO exists and keeps protecting his potential play things.

Oh goody someone else who thinks history in that area started in 2014. So it was fine as long as it was a Russian puppet? How is a defensive pact a "gun pointed at you"? That's like saying I can kill my neighbor and take their stuff because they have an alarm system. That's not self defense. Ukraine was not going to invade Russia. Your entire attempt at justification is blatantly ridiculous.

Still wouldn't justify you taking either ones stuff. Nice try though and completely irrelevant. It was part of the USSR because it took it over during WWII with the help of Germany. At least part of it. So according to you, all former Soviet states should go back under Russian control. Does that mean the US should go back to England? How far back are we going? That's a very far left talking point.

Are you trying to claim Russia isn't a 1st world country or the world's 3rd largest military? That they are just some poor helpless country that's just trying to exist? Your description better suits Ukraine than Russia and the other 3 countries they've invaded.

@monsterboomer8051 He's a bot posting that same comment over and over. Russia agreed to not interfere in Ukraine for giving up their nukes and they violated that long ago.

@rickiecomeaux8287 CNN is the lowest rated news station. So those less than 1 million viewers are really dangerous.

@thechloromancer3310 You don't seen to understand you can claim both were wrong. US actions and now Russian. You can't claim what Russia is doing is justified while claiming the US did the same thing and it wasn't or it was wrong. You're changing your principles based on who's doing it rather than having any real ones. That's not how many civilians unless Ukrainian armed forces and rebel armed forces are now magically "civilians". If that's the case so was ISIS and they should have been allowed to keep taking parts of other countries since some of the members lived there. Funnily enough Russia said that was wrong, but sending Russian troops into separatist parts of Ukraine and Moldova is fine to Putin. 3,000 civilians were killed by both sides in the eastern Ukraine civil war. Including passengers in a plane those poor innocent separatists shot down with Russian anti aircraft missiles that took out a plane near 30,000 feet up. That certainly sounds like something simple untrained civilians would have access to and know how to use. Edit: That doesn't justify Russia invading a sovereign country. Putin doesn't believe Ukraine is a sovereign country which means the separatists aren't either. You clearly didn't watch the video and just commented thinking you were smart.

Global trade, especially on a massive scale is a form of globalism. When you outsource your production, it makes you vulnerable to the whims of other powers. I'll define it for you. Globalism: The operation or planning of economic and foreign policy on a global scale. It says nothing about a one world government. It's dictating policy of other countries through economic trade. When the US says I'll trade with you, but you've got to improve working conditions, that's globalism. When Russia tells NATO, don't let this country in or I'll turn off the gas, that's globalism. Anytime you set policy conditions on economic trade, it's a form of globalism.
