  1. So they're creating an almost identical law to the one the Supreme Court struck down. They're designating everywhere a gun free zone to restrict people's 2nd amendment. Technically their 55 year old law was struck down in the Chicago decision, but states ignored it. That's why those 2 cases got accepted by the Court, because the Court understood these states didn't take that decision seriously. So they picked cases that would make that ruling much clearer and better defined.
