  1.  @jacob4920  Twitter already has a pay service. The idea he floated was that if people subscribe to the pay service, they'd get a checkmark after so long. That would amplify normal people and bring down the elite feeling the current ones get. I liked that idea a lot. He also wants to make the algorithm public. His idea there was to eventually have users choose which algorithm they want.
