@Walamonga1313 They were traveling to Temple for a yearly Jewish ceremony. Part of that ceremony involved giving an offering to God. The rabbis had created a bunch of rules that restricted what they could offer. Then they allowed money changers and sellers of those specific offerings into the Temple courtyard. Those sellers and money changers were doing it at a higher cost than those outside the Temple offering what God said was an acceptable offering, and the rabbis were getting a kickback from them. That's why the whole speech about the rabbis creating laws that didn't come from God. Edit: Jesus was a rabbi before he began his ministry. Only they were allowed to read the Torah. That's why Jesus was called teacher even by those that didn't follow Him. Since on,y rabbis could read it, it was up to them to teach the laws to the other Jews.

A lot of those were made when epic movies were the thing. Like superhero movies were recently. Cleopatra was the last one because it bombed. Then it switched to Westerns, then depressing dystopian movies, and then came StarWars to pull it out of that trend. Which moved us into the 80s a huge smorgasbord of different and new genres of movies.

@claudiameier666 That's mostly an Afghanistan thing. Since it's still very tribal even though it is Muslim, I believe that's a holdover "tradition" from the tribes. It's also only in the military similar to Rome and other older societies.
