  2. Depends on the age of your kids. Mine wouldn’t have appreciated a trip to Europe when they were 6 and 7 which was when we first went to DisneyWorld. Now that they’re in their 20s they absolutely would. It also would have been far more exhausting trying to drag them around all the busy museums that they’d be bored out of their minds in.

  3. I haven’t been since before the pandemic. When they didn’t charge for parking if you stayed on site, had lots of food packages to choose from, and Magic hours was 2 hours in a select park after closing every night. Not all rides would run during Magic Hours but it’s when we’d get most of our riding done. If you get a travel agent they’ll make all the eating reservations for you which makes it much easier. That was always the time consuming part of planning a trip with 2 kids. The last trip was shortly after Be Our Guest opened and oldest wanted to eat there because he’s a huge Beauty and Beast fan. That was horrible trying to book, but I got it even though I had to stay up almost all night constantly refreshing the page trying to grab a cancellation. I won’t go back until they bring back the perks. My boys fought Darth Vadar, had Santa tell them Happy Birthday as he passed during the Christmas parade, and did everything they could have ever dreamed of already. Edit: Our next family trip will be Universal staying at a mid level hotel so we get their version of lighting lane included. After they open up Nintendo World. We went once and since most of us don’t like roller coasters it wasn’t a great experience. Now that they’ve added shows and experiences we’re giving it another try.
