  2. According to the parts of the contract stated in the lawsuit, that is breach and they know it. In fact, the part they breached was something they insisted be added to it. So that's more $ added.

  3. These are two of the best fantasy authors out there. I've read several of their series outside Dragon Lance. Them and David Eddings (RIP) are my favorite. Screw WoTC.
