@SubZero-hs9xc The video is about employees being attacked and being very upset about it. This person is responding to a comment in the video that some employees feel they can't quit their job because they won't find another one. You too are right. My husband quit his job which resulted in us moving to another state and 6 hours away from family. He quit because of decisions the company made that he didn't agree with. Those decisions endangered lives because they cut maintenance and safety which resulted in fires and injuries. These employees are suffering verbal abuse which will effect them emotionally and mentally. So sure they could stay just like my husband could have, but it comes at a cost. Edit: The point is if you're suffering for decisions your employer made, leaving is a good idea for your own health and safety 99% of the time.

My husband has tried to get some of the guys he used to work with to get out of that company, but they won't. I think it's crazy because the CEO's decisions caused 6 of his coworkers to catch on fire. All were hospitalized, 5 required skin grafts, 1 was burned over 60% of his body. Even in this instance with Disney, the workers are suffering verbal and sometimes physical abuse. LEAVE. They don't care about you! My husband applied to refineries all over the country and we moved to another state. He got better pay, better benefits, and a real retirement. You'll never have a better life without taking some risks. Of course when he first started he made a bit less money and we had to increase our expenses because we bought a new home. It was a short term loss for a longterm gain.
