@pasalasaga Small theaters tend to do well in an economic downturn. It's a lot cheaper and they show quality old movies. They'll often have double features too. Tickets are usually $1-$2.

@mmecharlotte It should. Recessions are good for creating new millionaires. It's usually when you see the largest increase in them. I know it sounds like it should be the opposite. It's because people get real picky so if someone is able to create a product a large section of the population really loves, they'll be well rewarded. This is when the rubber meets the road so to speak. Businesses that have been hanging on due to size or support from a niche audience will drop in size and power and small businesses that create a needed or extremely loved product will flourish.
