@dantheman8103 Did you watch the video? They covered that. She did politely say no and they harrassed her daily for months. They even showed 1 day of the abuse leveled at her. Only then did she do the beep bop boop, which is a reference to R2D2, ya know Star Wars.

@darkflame9410 They aren't catering to the average Joe anymore either. The average Joe doesn't want to be told how horrible they are because they are male, white, etc. That's why the Marvel movies haven't had the success they had and Star Wars sequel merch wasn't selling. They make more income from merchandise than from the movies and Star Wars is a cash cow for that. Mulan bombed and they sunk a ton into it. The High Republic is bombing and it's Star Wars. The Mandelorian was the biggest draw for Disney +, and the 2 favorite characters are now off it. They were her and baby Yoda. I honestly can't remember any movie in the last 2 years that wasn't with a female lead when the largest consumers of Marvel and Star Wars is men. They have almost completely stopped doing animated movies and are just remaking them all into live versions, which haven't been very good for the most part. It's very sad for those of us that grew up watching Disney animated movies and loved Disney, to see it turn into something unrecognizable.

@toonamifan1454 I'd heard that side too. That it was done to mess with Farvreau because it messed up season 3 plans and screwed a couple of upcoming shows as well that were already written. If Kennedy did do it for that, she needs to be fired because to play that kind of game at that moment was stupid and damaged the company.

@kraven4444 Yes we did, but the Mandelorian was a bright light in the darkness. I don't think they realized how popular she was with the fans.

Trevor Dear My son and his fiance were going to get married there. After they pulled all the perks and this, that's a no now. That's a big part of the revenue stream for them. It's $5k just for the ceremony for a very small one minimum and they have multiple ones almost daily.
