  3. It was ethics in game journalism. It was discovered that developers were giving things to journalists for good reviews. It became obvious because games they'd recommend sucked. One was sleeping with a developer too. That's it. The journalist sleeping with the developer claimed it was all because of misogyny and other women grifters jumped on board like Anita Sarkeesian. They tried to distort everything into how horribly misogynistic gamers are. Just like now, they attacked the fans for calling out bad actions. It ended up with one guy being driven to suicide. It included a fake kidnapping and fake bomb threat by the female grifters too. It got CRAZY.

  4. I've watched SW since it first came out in the 70s. Not once did I feel like I wasn't a welcome part of the fandom. I loved that Leia was a "Princess" but a badass too. She learned to fight alongside her father, the one that raised her. I was excited when Disney took over because finally there would be a Princess for me. They just had to screw it up though. I wish the family still had control. It wouldn't be in the shape it's in.

The one developer blew the lid because he's an SJW and his girlfriend, who was a game journalist, was being abusive so he called her out like all good SJWs should. Then the secret was out of what all was going on behind the scenes.

  7. ??? I've been a fan since the first one came out in theaters. I don't like the new ones and am very upset with how the fans are being treated. Explain how we aren't "actually fans" please. I wasn't aware not liking the direction a 40 year old franchise has decided to take, after it was sold to a different company, made me not a fan.

  14. That's fine if you did. I didn't hate them, but knew they didn't fit. They felt more like stand alone films that happen to share characters. I understand now it's because none of it was mapped out or planned ahead of time. There was no big script tying everything together. That's why they felt like that to me. My sons hate them with a passion.

  15. It's because now EVERYTHING has to be political. It comes from Critical Race Theory and post modernism. It's based off of Marxism. Class warfare doesn't work in successful capitalist countries so they attack culture instead. That's what "woke" really is.
