  2. No it doesn't. It bans public schools from hosting certain speakers or offering certain classes. You've never been able to take every subject or get every degree at every college. Speakers paid for with taxpayer money always had to relevant to a degree program offered there. Private organizations can still pay for these speakers, but teachers can't force their students to go by making them attending a grade or making them write a paper on it. You watched Timmy and he's wrong. Edit: Going by Tim's explanation, because I couldn't take geology at my college it was a violation of the 1st amendment. It's not because schools have limited resources.

  3.  @coffeebean000  It's only been implemented at this level in the last couple of years. The pandemic really spurred their masks ripping off. Claiming parents are only just now getting involved in something that really just started happening is disingenuous. It wasn't in elementary until this year at all. Also many really blue states have been trying to get rid of the ability to homeschool for awhile.

  6. Some parents are starting to ask for cameras in the classroom to check on things. They have a good argument. If you can do it with your dog to check on them, why not your child.
