@antonyjh1234 Ugh "equitable" just means everyone equally poor. Why shouldn't my talent and hard work to improve it earn me more than someone who's incapable of doing what I do but does it anyway because they want to? We are not equal. Nothing is equal. Not in the animal kingdom or nature that we're all members of. A person who studies and improves their skills to the point they can perform complex brain surgery should absolutely have more than the hospital cafeteria worker who's much more easily replaced. Agree with it or not, they are simply more valuable to society. We know that if everyone receives the same regardless of work or talent, production drops and technology declines causing not enough for the population to survive. It's been shown to occur time and time again. It's only ever successful in very small communities that people refusing to do their share can be kicked out of. To do that in an entire country means imprisonment or killing them because there's no where to remove them to. It has nothing to do with ideology or advancement or anything else. It's no different than a caged animal being feed and no longer having to acquire it's food as intended. It gets lazy and in some cases eventually drives them mad. No matter how many different ways it's tried, the results will always be the same because we're still animals and subject to nature as much as we like to pretend otherwise. Edit: The whole "such and such country has some social programs so therefore socialism good" is boring and tired. It's called a mixed economy and it's what most countries have. It's called not going to extremes either direction to achieve some balance.

Thank you! There's not enough doing that anymore.

I've had the same warnings from people from those countries in the US. Commonly it's " this is how it starts". I'm going to take them seriously. Comparing what's going on currently to how bad it got in those countries is wrong. Warning that this is leading in that direction I don't believe is.

He gave them. The trust in media is gone, the trust in politicians is going, now it's the trust in the intellectuals that needs to go. Without trust and people listening to them, they lose any real power.

@jamesalexander8872 They deserve to be invaded and killed? Just like Iraq did huh?

That's on Michael's end. He wasn't in studio. He always does something like that to distract the viewer. His headphones will be twisted, mismatched colors, or other stuff like that. He does it to make people pay attention.

Sure you can. There's a few writers and movies that don't do it. There's entertainment from other countries that doesn't have it. Turning it off and not buying it is the best thing to do rather than continuing to fund them.

Same

Sure it has. That's basically what it was when we were in tribal societies and civilizations. It would breakdown similarly now to that state if we got rid of government. We'd form committees in our respective communities.

OMG how horrible .

It doesn't make me laugh. I'm in the US and I take it very seriously when the Russians, Cubans, Vietnamese, and Venezuelans tell me "this is how it started" and start freaking out. That's absolutely been happening here because they recognize the rhetoric and tactics. Just like it ended with small changes followed by a rapid one, it starts the same way too. Better to cut it off at the knees then wait for the inevitable death and suffering of millions. Edit: Which is absolutely really starting to occur here now, but it's not over and things could go off the rails. But as Michael says, we're no where near beyond hope yet.

That's not what he's saying at all. First it's not as bad as you're made to believe. Being made to believe there's no hope is one of the biggest processes in this type of takeover and most important. It relies on it and there's a big propaganda push for it. To believe that, you have to ignore that trust in the media is miniscule, that people aren't flocking to states that are actively pushing back, that the entertainment industry isn't going bankrupt, and college enrollment isn't way down. All of these things are occurring at least in the US. We are by no means anywhere near the bottom either. Economically it was worse in the 70s country wide. I know, I lived through it. Bottom up we're changing politically too and that's how it should be rather than top down. To believe it's over and there's no hope is to give up right when the fight is really getting going. Edit: The important thing to remember is the left always fails. It's just a matter of when. Even if it goes horribly wrong, it will eventually fail.
