  2. He wasn't even running for anything in 2011. Nobody does a campaign interview 4 years before they run. He was speculating which he'd talked about for decades.

  4. He said he wouldn't repeal it without something to replace it. He's not a health care expert or expert in insurance regulations. He put that onto the party, and they failed to come up with a good alternative in 4 years. Though he did get parts of it removed like being fined for not having it. It also hadn't all taken effect yet. It was a slow rollout over several years. The last thing to go into effect was it forcing insurance to cover trans operations about 3-4 years ago. Edit: I'll forgive him because he refused to sign the part of the Patriot Act that allowed spying on citizens. He wanted that reformed, had the power to stop it while there, and he did.
