  10.  @anon681  ITIN aren't for legal employment. Those are for dependents that don't have social security numbers. My son had a social security card with the stipulation "not allowed for employment" that had to be removed once we got his citizenship worked out. An ITIN would be used by a spouse to claim their illegal spouse as a dependent which legally they would be since they have no legal income. You're talking about a small portion of them. The idea that most start businesses is absurd. I worked at a lab that did drug testing. Contractors would send all their illegal guys in for them and they'd pass one ID between them and only one could speak English. A supervisor went with them to verify they're name so we could perform the tests. It was especially hilarious when everyone of them failed the drug test and had to fired. We had a business raided and fined 3 times for hiring illegals. It eventually bankrupted them. Why don't you talk about the ones getting kidnapped by cartels and being sent to work on farms or prostitution until their families pay up? Hell a lot are kept working even after the family pays. That they're targeted because they bought something and "the community" informed the cartel. How about how legal immigrants can't stand them either or how many of them are mules for the cartels? What about all the children kidnapped from small towns in the path of the caravans that get brought by them to increase their chances of getting in and then sold into human trafficking once they're across? Don't pretend like the exceptions are the majority.

  21.  @fuchsiasecret120  "plenty of racist people only beat on someone because of the color of their skin". Certainly not "plenty". Plus "hate crimes" can only occur to protected groups. Meaning an attack on a person in the majority can't be charged as one. In order to do that, you have to find a different demographic than say race to pursue it under. That makes a person within the minority's life more valuable legally than a person within the majority. That's not legal equality, which isn't supported by the Constitution. If someone throws out a slur during an attack and has a history of saying racist stuff doesn't mean the attack was based on that. Unless you can read their mind, that's just speculation which is all that's required to charge to it. The ADL is notorious for listing crimes from people belonging to supremacist groups as a hate crime if they're charged with something like domestic abuse thus skewing the numbers to appear much larger than it truly is. That means when news groups or even the FBI, because they use the ADL as a major source, site the numbers it's reporting false numbers. I'm pointing that out to show that your estimation of "plenty" isn't accurate. Edit: A good example of committing a crime due to racism that isn't charged as a hate crime but would be otherwise is Darrel Brooks. Known to be associated with black supremacist group, drove through a parade swerving to hit white people, but wasn't charged as a hate crime. You can't have different standards under the law based on immutable characteristics.
