2 Real So if a guy is leaning over me stabbing me, the police can't shoot him because it will be in the back? Guy has murdered his entire family and can just give his back to police while aiming a gun over his shoulder and he's magically safe? This isn't a game of tag.

@keithcaldwell1871 How about all the gang members that shoot people and make it home or do they not count? Open carry is legal there by the way. There were a lot on both sides walking around carrying guns including one he shot. I can walk anywhere here with a gun because it's a Constitutional carry state. I can also legally walk around with a concealed weapon. He had his hands up trying to turn himself in, but the police had no idea what had happened seconds before as they arrived in response to his 911 call. He had also rendered medical attention to protesters earlier.
