My favorite drunken clip of those streams was him claiming to have grown up in the hood in Houston as the only white guy. Except his family's rich and he grew up in a gated community.

@David_randomnumber It doesn't work like that. That's why the threshold is 500. Anything below that would account for incidental contact. That's tested for in order to find the range that indicates actual use. I worked in a medical lab that did drug urine testing for companies. We'd regularly test to see if certain things would show up to make sure of their continued accuracy. For example testing a worker that had been to a concert the night before where they were surrounded by people smoking pot to see if it would cause a false positive. Hair folical testing is the most accurate testing that there is. It not only shows if the person has used, but how much and for how long.

@briareus3 They're with the grandparents but under the care of CPS. Just because CPS is taking legal responsibility doesn't mean a child is placed with strangers. They try to place them with family if at all possible.

Yeah that's not true. A lot of laws went in because of gangs about possession of a firearms and drugs. You do not need to be in public only. Otherwise a lot of gang members wouldn't have been convicted of those same charges. The search warrant wasn't just people saying things. They went over his streams in the document including the white powder on his nose and his clear usage while streaming. They also used Aaron talking about doing drugs, that he'd been in the house (as shown by them streaming together from his house). It was a lot more than 2 court ordered reporters. His wife's sister also spoke to them concerned about the children's wellbeing. Nat the lawyer, who is a former cop, prosecutor, and current defense attorney, went over the official search warrant in detail. It's a pile of evidence. Edit: You can argue the constitutionality of the gun charge, but it's been upheld by the courts since the 90s so unless you can get lucky at the Supreme Court, which is extremely expensive, it ain't going away. I can tell you got your information from Barnes. The problem with him is he views everything as a constitutional issue and even if something has tons of case law behind it, that if he thinks it violates it then it clearly does and needs to be changed. Which is fine if you've got a client that can withstand being in prison the years it takes to even get the Supreme Court appeal and the money to do it.

Completely false. They aren't real people and the people playing and watching them know that. They do impact someone that's already violent, but anything can and does. If you can't tell the difference between fiction and reality above the age 12, then video games and movies are the least of your concerns.

Not when their 5 children suffer as a result or the 9 year old tests positive on a folical drug test.

He hasn't been saying that stuff for close to 2 years. He even said he doesn't believe in God. I guesse at least in the end he wasn't a hypocrite.

They're with the grandparents. I don't know why this is so difficult for people to understand. Just because a child is under the legal authority of CPS, doesn't mean they're placed with strangers. It takes only a few hours to qualify in an emergency situation, which this was. It's paperwork, financial records, an interview, and a quick walk through the house. Financial would be a pay stub which just shows you can afford to care for the child/children.
2
It's not just what he put in his own body. His 5 children suffered neglect and now it's come out the 9 year old tested positive on a folical drug test. It wasn't just him.

That's him in the last year or so. Before he started his decline, he was a guy talking about the law and trying to give good advice to young men. I stopped watching almost 2 years ago because he stopped being that and turned into a bash women type of stuff on most nights.

They're with their grandparents under CPS supervision. So they're at least with people they know and that loves them. CPS prefers to put kids with family members. We had custody of my husband's great nephew for awhile. Approval was very easy. Just financials, a walk through, and interviews with our children.

Sounds like you dodged a bullet. Unfortunately younger generations seem to have taken the it's all about me approach to life.

He is not kind. I'd suggest looking up the clips of his Dear John segment on a stream. He pretended to be kind, but his true colors came out eventually.
2
Sorry. Nick's a way bigger lolcow than Aaron. Typically lolcows don't take accountability or try to get better. Like Nick, they blame everyone else. Aaron has taken accountability and is helping the police. He admits he's horrible and did horrible things. The only one in this situation to do so.
2
Well, he wasn't the lawyer. He did recommend the lawyer that lost it for those reasons.
2
Sweeping it up. I'm really surprised there's still one after what came out last night. He's an addict and he was wasted every stream. What he was wasted on wasn't always alcohol. He's changed a lot. Denial must be more addictive than coke.
2
lol yeah. It's been a thing for a long time. Nick knew the lore and put it on anyway.
2
"There's no coming back" "Throw Nick under the bus without waiting to hear what he has to say, once he can speak freely without legal consequences." That wouldn't be until he's been found guilty and what you said "there's no coming back" from. That's not entirely true. People know how addicts behave. They'll lie and do anything to keep from accepting responsibility for their actions. So expecting people to believe an addict before they accept responsibility, which he's claiming it's a government conspiracy, isn't going to happen.

The 25th dynasty was the black pharaoh period. Egypt got invaded by Kush. Invited by the priests. Religion had whaned and the priests lost power. The neighboring kingdom had an almost identical religion so the priests went to them to let them know Egypt was very weak. It's pretty well documented like most Egyptian history.

As someone that's used firearms since I was about 8 or 9, they should be stored separately from the ammo and never left loaded. Then, sure, it's okay if the gun itself is under a bed. Unfortunately he had it under the bed with the ammo. Huge no no. The reason is no matter how well you teach your kids, kids can and will be stupid. They'll push all boundaries and you need to be prepared for that. Edit: All our guns except one were in a locked gun cabinet. The ammo in the locked drawers. The key was on top where we couldn't reach it. Only my father's .38 service weapon was out. It was under their bed, but the ammo was locked in the drawer with all the rest of it.

He blew up from covering the Rittenhouse trial. Other than the very few cases, he didn't stream during the day. I don't know what "conservatives" you're talking about. He's always been up front that he's libertarian. That said, in the last 2 years he completely changed. He went from only drinking on Friday night streams really late to doing it every stream. From rarely cursing to doing it constantly. From talking about how to respect women and treat them well to bashing them. That's when I stopped watching.

His night stuff didn't used to be. It was poking fun of people, talking about law, taking questions, and good hearted stuff. He rarely even cursed in the early days. Really didn't much until 2 years ago. That's when it really started to change. Once he started having Drex on and doing woman bashing panels, I was out. He didn't do that before and talked about women with respect.
