  3. Even if the equipment isn't destroyed, the tunnels and the mountain is. Meaning they can't get to it so it's worthless. That's why what the Whitehouse said was phrased how it is. They can't make them because they can't get to what they'd built. We know where it is so any attempt to tunnel back down to it will ve seen and be stopped.

  4. ​ @michaelcook6288  Government employees don't have first amendment protections when it comes to their job. The courts have ruled that several times. Especially with cases involving teachers. Just like you don't have 1st amendment protections at yours. It's against the law to leak top secret intelligence information. If you gave out trade secrets of your employer you'd face repercussions beyond just getting fired including law suits and theft charges.

It has nothing to do with selective prosecution and everything to do with leaking top secret intelligence information. That's a violation of their oath and a violation of the law. Why do you think Snowden is in Russia? Because he faces prosecution for leaking top secret information. This is beyond that because they just told our enemies what information we have. That puts our information gathers at risk.
