  1. Most companies have a board of directors. That's what they do. That said, each is chosen based on their knowledge of what it takes to manage a company and brings those skills to the table. They're elected by the investors because it's their money being risked. That's any publicly traded company. Private companies don't usually have one. All Fortune 500 companies are publicly traded which is what makes them one to begin with.

Just because that's how you think it should work doesn't have anything to do with how it's been implemented. You also don't understand capitalism if you think the government controlling businesses is capitalism. Capitalism is how trade has taken place since before civilization existed. It's the free exchange of goods or services between parties. If the government controls businesses, then everyone is forced to trade with the government. That's not a free exchange. That you think that's somehow Capitalism just shows your own ignorance in what you're trying to lecture others about. Edit: Before you try to claim that's not how it is in the US or other countries, they're not capitalism economies. They're mixed economies.
