  1. In most cases someone else would take care of it. A member of their staff. A person like that doesn't just hand a personal credit card to a stranger. It would come from a seperate account made to deal with personal purchases that a single accountant or trusted staff member would only have access to. Someone that would stay behind and deal with it after security has removed the person from the area because that's the first concern.

  2. Legally Trump couldn't have "f'd up". The court decided in a similar case with Bill Clinton that anything the President removes from the office is automatically declassified. He may have told them that to flatter them, but legally if it wasn't at the White House and he was out of office, it wasn't classified. Everything is labeled classified for the benefit of the President. It's not for the FBI or any other administration. It's for the President that classified documents exist. He or she can declassify it by simply speaking about it to someone else. So either way, once he showed it to a 3rd party it was no longer classified. Edit: Clinton has classified tapes that the archives was trying to get and he refused to hand over. They took him to court in an attempt to get them and that was the court's decision. Obama has digital classified documents on his personal server at home that he removed with him when he left office. The reason they were even able to attempt to bring charges is Biden rescinded Trump's clearance which he doesn't have the authority to do. If you're not a lawyer well versed in this field perhaps refrain from making legal guesses about the validity of charges.

  3. If you're not voting for it then obviously she wasn't talking about you. They are in complete control of the entire government of California. Setting policy for all. If there weren't significant more of them than you, that wouldn't be the case. Maybe you shouldn't take a criticism of the insane politicans of California as a personal attack.
