Joe is absolutely right about the Battle in Seattle. We were peacefully protesting against China's inclusion in the WTO and the globalization that we knew would result. It was a global protest and it shutdown the meeting the first day. They couldn't allow that to continue. All violence occurred several blocks away from the protest. We stopped Boomers burning the flag because it was a pro US protest so why would we break windows? It was all generations and organizations from across all political sides and they can't ever let us unite like that. Tim Pool was right about one thing, most of us voted for Trump. We weren't asleep then and most of us are still awake today.
