@josephnolan8217 Bernie is who called him and keeps calling him to the Senate. This is just a committee. It's not the general assembly. You don't even know why he was there again, what committee, the subject, etc but can come up with all these made up scenarios of how it should be done. Why would you ask someone that's corrupt about corruption? Do you think Bernie, a socialist, called him to testify against himself? Obviously the Senator thought him even being there was a waste of time.

To a guy that wants to bring the mob back to the Union and got suspended for intimidating his own members. It just means he did his homework on the guy. Also according to him. Doesn't seem very trustworthy, but okay.

He said he wasn't going to right there. That he wants to do it as a charity event. He was just making a point that the guy is all talk.

He offered a charity fight, the guy didn't respond and then when he was called back to the Senate, immediately started talking smack online again to the Senator. The Union boss issued a challenge, the Senator accepted, the boss ghosted, reignited attacks, and got called out publicly instead of on the internet.
