@Just_Pele Exactly. Which means he didn't. Plus, that's a Senate hearing. Not a criminal court. So even if found to have violated his oath according to politicians, still isn't equivalent to being found guilty of a crime in a court of law which is what that Amendment is pertaining to.

I can't believe you didn't see that video. There were page sized ads taken out in every newspaper offering lawyer services and to pay any fine for them voting against their state decision. They're excuse then was he didn't win the popular vote, but then tried to use the electoral college to get rid of him. Then on inauguration, there was a riot as they attempted to stop it. They're who started this, then want to play innocent.
