It doesn't just affect Texas. It's every border state and they're surrounding states. Especially the parts closest to the state line. I lived in a small rural town of less than 20,000 15 minutes east of Texas and we had to divert school resources to dealing with the children they bring that couldn't speak English at all much less anything else. Every new restaurant that opened was Mexican and their employees were all illegals that couldn't speak English. So this hasn't just affected Texas. It's affected most of the southern states.
