Yes. He said one thing and did the opposite. He expanded the federal government and put it much more into daily life instead of what he ran on. I know because I voted for him the first time. Not the second after he'd showed his true colors. For independents that voted Obama 1st term, watching the Democrats response to Trump just doing what they promised to do is beyond frustrating.

It's almost like there's a reason people who voted for Obama's first term voted Trump. It's almost like they had the same platform or something. Edit: That said, this is not the bill we voted for. It should be much less spending. However, I understand it's got to be done in increments, and a quick cut-off could cause a shock to the system. I expect much deeper cuts in the budget in September.

It's funny because they trash Fetterman for doing what his want him to. He's not in as partisan a district as a lot of them are.

Obama knew what to say to get elected. That's it. He was allowed to win because they knew he wouldn't actually do any of it. The 2016, 2020, and 2024 nominations exposed they control 100% who can run.
