  2. ​ @MoodSwing916  Yes, but this causes permanent bodily injury and long-term health issues. I don't think a parent should have the right to consent to that on behalf of the child. A tattoo isn't going to give you cancer, shorten your lifespan, give you osteoporosis, and make you infertile. As an adult you can't get a vasectomy or your tubes tied until in your 20s because there's a high probability you'll change your mind, but a pubescent child can be sterilized?
