Libby that used to be on Tim Pool talked once about what a doctor told her when she was a nurse. He told her he'd never have a black doctor. She was horrified thinking he was racist until he explained why. Med schools accept black applicants at about 90%. Even if they barely graduated college. Where as Asian and huwite were only accepted at 45 and 40% even if they graduated with honors. This has been going on a lot longer than most people realize. The Federation of State Medical Boards and the BAR Association have both said they are decreasing the licenses to huwite men.

@kevinjames5948 And a woman. DEI isn't just race as much as you and Roland try to claim it is. In the military women have lower requirements than men. That's not a meritocracy if there are different requirements based on an immutable characteristic. That's not equality.

@kevinjames5948 Not yet. He just changed requirements for those entering training of it. We have a shortage because qualified people weren't allowed to train because they were the wrong race, sex, sexuality, or able bodied. A former Airforce pilot explained the point system they were using alongside your test scores. If you were a vet +5 points, black +10 points, LGBTQ +10, etc and they stacked. So a person could score far below on the test but then get dragged up above 100% by adding the other factors.

@kevinjames5948 The helicopter pilot was female. Women also benefit from DEI programs. Why ya'll gotta always make everything about race? If she was disabled it would be clear she shouldn't have been flying, but her skin color would still be the same. How do you know she wasn't mixed race like me? You don't. You're just assuming based on the name.
