@bestdjaf7499 That's what we're saying. He's got to have a record. Once they got married it should have been smooth sailing for getting a green card. If no attorney would guarantee it and wanted that much money, he's got some serious charges.

@trailertrish2587 My husband is Canadian and we didn't use one. It's not hard if you've got a clean record. We weren't paying an attorney for something that's just filling out paperwork and gathering personal records.

@bm421 They were married 6 years ago. They had the 4 years under Biden to get it. Bush put in time limits for every step for family members. Each step shouldn't take more than 90 days on the government side. It takes about 1 year. I know because we've been through the process 3 times.

Probably the ones Biden was handing out like candy that Trump canceled. Anyone who logged on the app regardless of when they came or if they were criminals, Biden gave temporary status to.

@safffff1000 Not if you're married to a citizen. You apply where you are and stay where you filed for the duration. Lots of illegals get married and file within the US. It takes longer because the government is suspicious it's a marriage in name only, but it's how a lot of illegals get status.

@roluevasreisa5730 Are you slow? You've clearly never been to Mexico. The government doesn't run it. The cartels do. You think Detroit is bad? You should see most of it. Do you think the cartels are nice? You're talking about Roblox where a kid might see some nudity when every village has missing children because they're kidnapped by the cartels to smuggle drugs or sell into sex slavery. It's pretty easy to not let your kids play a game. It's not easy to protect them from the cartels unless you want your whole family dead.
