@lewisner Supreme Court Justices aren't elected. They're appointed by the President. All federal judges are by appointment. Some judges are elected but it's at a local level where there's rarely a political party by their name. The Supreme Court oversees the other courts rulings. Including state and local judges. There's also an oversite of by a group of other judges that aren't elected. It's not difficult to learn how judges become judges instead of just guessing incorrectly. Edit: A person that runs for the position of a judge is going to be a former prosecutor or defense attorney with decades of experience that the public can review their cases. If a judge gets too many cases overturned by higher courts, they're removed from their position.

Since one of the decisions they were concerned about came back unanimous so how are they going to continue to push this?

@dan6442 I wasn't aware every single German was a member of the party. Oh that's right, they weren't. Na zism is a cult. It's not Christian and rejects the idea of gods. It says men are gods. Specifically the mythical A ryan race. They believe they were a race with supernatural powers. When their civilization was destroyed and they scattered throughout the world they imbued objects using their powers. Those objects came to be seen as religious objects given by different gods. You confuse the political party with the high ups. All the high ups in positions of power and that started it believed this. Including the man with the funny mustache. People seriously need to educate themselves about what it really was rather than just the surface level of it. Edit: This is why they wanted to "purify" the race and why they were collecting religious artifacts from all religions. They believed they could eventually bred the race back into existence and obtain the power they thought lost. They didn't kill just Jews either. It had nothing to do with their religious beliefs. They killed Roma/Gypsies, blacks, gays, the disabled, etc. 5 million + other races were killed. Your history teachers seriously did you a disservice. Roma lost the largest percentage of their population of any group affected. Only 10% remained following Germany's rule.

@CD-vb9fi You confuse disagreements about scripture with hate. It's no different than saying if I don't think your mental illness is my responsibility is hate. Please show me where different sects of Christianity are harming each other. You can't. It definitely did in the past, but me not believing exactly as you do isn't hate.
