  2. Why? First off nobody suffers from an irrational fear of trans people which is what a phobia is. Secondly, you can't prove a negative. The person making the claim bares the burden of proof. Edit: This line of thinking is one of the biggest issues in our society today. That someone can make a claim and you have to prove it false. It's impossible. That's why in our justice system it's guilty or not guilty instead of guilty or innocent, because you can't prove innocence. The person making the claim has to have enough proof to overcome the burden of doubt.
