  1. She says they moved her out of "her seat" and put two huwhite people in it. So that means she was indeed asked to move because they belonged to someone who got an upgrade. So she's upset that she got removed from a seat she didn't pay for and because people that had earned an upgrade and she didn't were put there instead of her. It's insane. Just like she's saying he kicked her off when she's the one that requested her bag be removed.

  2. It's narcissism which unfortunately is pretty rampant today. They do it in public because it's all about manipulation. They're so accustomed to their family members caving to their demands because they've been abused by the person so long it's just easier, that they think they can manipulate anyone and get their way. Edit: She asked for the conversation to take place, but is upset she was removed from the plane to have it. That's because she was going to manipulate the other passengers into coming to her defense by using racism and tears. Making those claims isn't near as effective against a single individual when there's nobody to witness it.

  3. Her claim that she does it all the time and it's fine is BS. The flight attendants close the curtain between first class/ business class from economy and tells everyone they're not even allowed to use the toilet in that section. You're not allowed to cross that curtain. If she flies as much as she claims, she's well aware of that. It's funny that at the end we find out she's the one that complained and wanted to speak with him. I guess she thought she could discuss it in front of all the passengers and use them as leverage to get her way. She'd turn on the tears and cry racism so they'd come to her defense. She clearly had a game plan in mind and stuck with it even though she didn't have the others there to manipulate. Instead he took her off the plane which embarrassed her, she wouldn't be embarrassed to talk about it in front of everyone else though, so she just left. I know this type. She used race, but it's not a race thing. It's a narcissism thing. I've seen all races try to do this about different things. It requires them to make it a public spectacle. The old woman on the plane attempting to shame the young guy sitting next to her because she didn't want anyone in that seat was another instance. They're always shocked when they don't get their way because they're so accustomed to manipulating the people around them and getting it from them.
