  3. No. That's a misunderstanding of tax codes. If you look at them outside just the rate, nobody paid that rate. If they were taking 90% of Carnegie, Rockefeller, etc money every year how'd they become so wealthy they had a competition of who could give away the most and all still had enough leftover to support their family for generations? Because obviously nobody was paying that.
