  3. Musk is doing it for various reasons. A big one is regulations and the agencies behind them that are preventing invention and innovation in several areas. Which, if that cranks up like it was until fairly recently, it'll only be good for us.

  4. The report was available at trial. The jury had it in evidence. Just because people disagree with the jury doesn't mean their decision gets tossed. The supposed pardon wouldn't change anything for him other than what prison he's in because the sentences are being served concurrently.

  10. No he wasn't. He said a pardon. It was already up for an appeal for a new trial in the state, and it was denied. It takes serious procedural issues or overwhelming evidence that wasn't available at the time to get one. A few million people saying there should be one does nothing.
