  2. Look at all the people responding to the single troll comment. Stop feeding the trolls. As to this comment, that was actually reparations. Affirmative action was agreed upon by the black leaders and the government to be done for a limited time, about 50 years, as a form of reparations to help make up for former slaves and segregation by helping level the playing field. It was never intended forever but as a way to bring that generation and the next generation opportunities they'd been denied. Then after those 2, if people choose to utilize the programs to their advantage, it leveled things for the future generation by giving them a better ability to accumulate generational wealth. That more of them didn't utilize it isn't anyone's problem now. Edit: I've been pretty surprised at how many people are completely unaware we already had reparations. I've even seen black people that are calling for them asking for these exact programs as reparations. Government support for black businesses(the program this video is about), lower interest rates (HUD does that), free college (Government grants are available based on race), etc.
