  1. I thought it was just for communications and civilian use when he moved it over there. The Ukraine military should have their own satellite communications.

  2. The US military and NATO have access to thousands of military satellites. Why would they even need to use a private owned one? This is like NATO admitting they're too weak to help Ukraine with this, which I seriously doubt. If I had to guess NATO denied them the attack so they tried to use Starlink, a private civilian use satellite communications company, to do it anyway. That's the only way it makes even a tiny bit of sense. If that guy was an analyst it explains a lot.
