@dnfluffles772 Nero was married to a woman 3 times and produced offspring. So he did fulfill his obligations. So he's not an "unless." The only one I can think of is Elizabeth I but she wasn't during the medieval period.

@HSstriker Which isn't same sex marriage. You're admitting they had to marry and produce offspring. Also known as continue the bloodline. This isn't about side pieces or illegitimate children. It's about succession. Passing on the title, which required you to marry the opposite sex and produce at least one offspring. Preferably a male.

@player1_fanatic Why? It's not a SIMs. It's about creating and maintaining a kingdom during the medieval period. None of that has anything to do with that objective. The only way it would was an illegitimate son made a claim and created a rebellion. That still wouldn't include same sex anything. It's completely irrelevant.

@OsirusHandle Which isn't YOUR bloodline. That's your father's or grandfather's bloodline. That only happened if a ruler was killed usually. Rulers would discard wives or produce an heir with a chamber maid and have the wife raise it as her own because not producing one was the woman's fault.
