@perirgensolsson3673 In the public court filings. It's been covered by several news agencies. It's not hard to find.

@squatch545 There's a difference in judging someone and shaming someone. One can involve silence, the other can not. Nobody elected you judge and juror of what is and isn't acceptable. That's why it's called tolerance. When I was a teenager wearing a short skirt was shameful, cursing in public was shameful, and many other things. Some of those things could even result in a fine. We ended that by ignoring it and doing it anyway regardless of the consequences. What's "shameful" today is freedom tomorrow.

Except studies have shown black owned banks give out fewer loans to blacks than white owned ones. A lot point to the study on black sounding names not being hired, but ignore the conclusion because they found black employers did the same which ruled out racism as the cause. The banks study points out the same. So the reason is not race, but something else. It's easy to say race because it's visible rather than dig deeper to find the true cause.

@jgmediting7770 So you're trying to say that CNN and MSN are secretly right wing? They participate regularly in this type of behavior. If someone starts to say something they don't like, they talk over them. They show videos and tweets of people being canceled and cheer it on.
6
As long as you don't allow anyone else in.
5
No they weren't. Suicide rates skyrocketed, deaths from heart attacks went up because people were afraid to go to the ER and waited too late, serious injuries to children from abuse skyrocketed, and the rape hotlines had more children call than women for the first time ever. Due to the lockdowns at least twice the number of people will starve to death worldwide. That's what they were about to many.
4
Remember that Obama prosecuted the most whistleblowers in history?
3
There is zero evidence. 3 years of investigation and zero evidence. Facts not feelings especially in law.
3
It's in the court filings. He even said it on here. They were going to come after his son who'd just become a father. They bankrupted and railroaded Flynn, do you think they would haven't done the same to his son when they were telling him they were going to?
3
What? There is documented proof he knew and was neck deep in it. This is more than they had on Nixon.
3
I guess the suicides because people lost everything isn't life? How about the double or more that will starve to death, or the people that died because their surgeries had been put off?
3
@sabinereynaudsf No it's because Trump fulfilled a lot of Obama's promises. NAFTA is mentioned here and that's a prime example. Trump doesn't speak as well, but he ran on almost the same platform as Obama on a number of issues.
3
No it hasn't. Portland has been on fire for 47 days. People have been shot at in their cars during protests and people have been killed. Police are being ambushed and killed. Seriously, inform yourself.
2
Because large companies are making their employees read it now.
2
I caught that too. There was even one that was high profile. The Australian tourist killed by the Somalian cop. It's hard to pay much attention when you're whole argument is based on a false premise.
2
@ufosrus It's not the movement it's self, it's the reaction of some to it. The white saviors are a prime example. This book is another one. It has original sin without forgiveness or a way for redemption. You've got people being baptized at Floyd's murder site. It's based off humans needing a purpose which is sociological based. Our interactions with apes and chimps have moved them in the same direction. They are now showing signs of basic religion by making small monuments.
2
bleepehdeepdoop That's in your work place, not in your private life. What you do on your time should not affect your work. If I go to a bar and get drunk, I shouldn't be fired because my boss doesn't approve of drinking. You also shouldn't be fired because you support one candidate or another which is happening. Especially if I don't talk about it at work.
2
I agree. I grew up around all kinds and made sure my kids did as well. It looked like the UN at my house on the weekends and everybody loved it. I raised them to be proud of all the pieces that made them so speaking about race isn't hard for them. I'm 3 races and they are 4.
2
@titanwarrior4886 What is considered racist depends on the person that hears it. People are now calling Chess racist, that doesn't make it so. I also was not aware something some do now equals all do. If you've never used a derogatory term in your entire life, then you can throw a stone. I'd put money on that you have.
2
You swallowed the pill the media wanted you to. For one you're saying it's okay for one group to protest but not another. Rights for me, but not for thee. Secondly that they were about haircuts and not about losing everything they'd worked for. Not for the spike in suicides, child abuse, molestation, deaths from delayed treatments and surgeries. Most of which these two touched on, but you preferred to ignore.
2
@wilsonsdrift9462 So if you're fine with Biden's corruption and influence from foreign governments, why are you complaining about Trump at all? Trump has been in office less than 4 years, Biden has been for 47. You're upset someone that was already rich has lost wealth while in office, but fine that a politician in office 47 years has gotten himself and his family rich by peddling his influence. I don't understand how you can excuse one person's proven corruption and condemn another's. It only proves you have no actual morals or true foundation of thought.
2
With a lockdown if they don't want to get infected, then they should follow the guidelines and stay home. It really is that simple. There was no need to leave your home unless you were an essential worker, and as an essential worker you were at much higher risk not just from a protester, but anyone.
1
So Trump can spy on his political opponents using the FBI and undermine the administration that comes after him? Okay then.
1
Because what they did technically isn't illegal thanks to the Patriot act, and that should be the scariest part of all of it.
1
Why do you think they were all Republicans? There are more than just two ideas in this country. Flag burning did used to be illegal except for proper disposal of faded and damaged flags. Those are collected and respectfully disposed of by veterans usually. A Supreme court case changed it. It's been an issue since then. At the WTO protests Gen X stopped Boomers from burning it because we didn't want that to become an issue for the press to latch onto. So my take away from this is that you're fine with every court decision and every law that currently exists. Good for you, but others aren't and they are free, just as you are, to express that.
1
@thirstquencher4631 So you admit it's a bad book, but defend it because of politics? What's wrong with calling a bad book bad?
1
I'm not sure how you don't see how bad this is. It opens the door to this being the norm. The administration in power using the intelligence agencies to undermine and sabotage the incoming one should never be acceptable. That's not getting into using the Patriot act to spy on political rivals.
1
No. He was passing funny money at a store
1
Antifa is so against facism they set up a communist regime in Seattle that's run by an abusive warlord. They put up barriers and have armed guards to keep people out. They were begging for food within 24 hours from the government they declared they are no longer a part of and are making demands. In other words, they're acting pretty facist.
1
See I'd like to take you seriously, but as an independent (the majority of voters) you're intentional slurs and inability to recognize the truth; even when supplied with texts, emails, memos, notes, and recordings, makes that impossible. I'll ask you like the others: So it's going to perfectly fine when Trump spies on his political opponents and undermines the incoming administration if he loses? If you're answer is no, then you're the problem.
1
Dear lord. There is a court case that's public record that details all of this with evidence. Texts, emails, memos, notes, etc. There has been testimony in Congress by some involved that this happened and is true. If you're waiting for Obama or Biden to admit it, you'll die old still waiting.
1
What? So states aren't reporting their numbers anymore? Yes they are and so will the news if they can bother to do a quick search and math.
1
When did social distancing in a line, waiting for your temperature to be taken before being allowed to enter a building "storming"?
1
500,000 died in the EU from lack of care in 2018. The majority from not receiving heart disease treatments in a timely manner. They put out a report you can search for. The numbers are not what we're being led to believe it would be.
1
Michagan still wasn't opening when either were going on. A couple had the lockdowns extended to this past week.
1
So I guess the group of black armed protesters at my Capitol shouldn't have been protesting for Floyd then. They were also dressed in black tactical gear. A lot were armed since open carry is legal. Interesting isn't it how the many armed ones weren't shown by the media, but that's all the media showed for the other one.
1
@randyallen7688 Were did you get that number? It's 35 million or so. So 700,000 will have to find a different job. Which will put us at about 5% or so unemployment once all economies open back up. Considering the ideal is between 4% and 3.5% that's not bad. Once you hit 3% or below available workforce can't keep up with growth and it starts to slow.
1
Her argument is a false premise. Black cops do shoot unarmed whites, the national media doesn't cover it. 9 unarmed blacks were killed by police last year and 19 unarmed whites. You never heard about the white ones because they don't count.
1
Seriously? Did you not keep up with the number of new military engagements we got involved with and the ones he ramped up? It was disturbing.
1
Except masks aren't a substitute for social distancing. You are supposed to be doing both. Did you interview every person protesting to know none of them thought it was a hoax? If you didn't, then you can't claim that. Singing and touching are also huge no nos, but saw a lot of that too. None of what you said has anything to do with why it wasn't acceptable for one group, but was for the other.
1
@kielweiss3606 Not in all states and gatherings of more than 10 weren't allowed anywhere much less in the hundreds or thousands. They are surging because of protests. We're hitting the 2 week mark of when they started.
1
You are correct. They certainly wouldn't have lasted as long or been as violent. It was a powder keg waiting to go off. You can't keep a population locked up in a constant state of fear and not expect something to happen.
1
@bradleysmith681 OMG! They are so insulting. I let one have it. She was basically yelling at me because I said I'm not upset my ancestors were slaves because it serves no purpose in my life to hold on to anger for something I can't change. I finally told her she was racist for trying to me how to feel about something that happened to me and not her. That whites like her were some of the most racist people because they think minorities need people like them to take over and tell us what we need because they think we're too stupid to know.
1
So you don't want juries? Zimmerman was released by a jury. Every Western system has a jury in some aspect of it's judicial system. So what is the replacement? Pointing to what you view as a problem but offering no alternative or solution is useless.
1
@moneybaggjoe2949 She gave you the definition of defund and you are still trying to change it's meaning. It means to remove funding to dissolve it. That's the definition and why there is confusion. Words have meanings already attached to them so you don't get to go "you don't understand" when you use the word incorrectly.
1
@ikekamalu6175 In the court filings. I guess you don't believe texts, emails, memos, and notes like this one. It's public record and has been covered by many news agencies.
1
The NJ thing didn't work. It was basically a Union bust, but they formed another Union and now it costs more than it did.
1
Most don't know it was an experiment. It was done during the Spanish flu where there were large outbreaks, but never dreamed of on a scale like was done.
1
So rights for me but not for thee? The reason someone protests isn't really relevant since it's a right guaranteed by the Constitution. Who are you to decide what is of life and death importance to another person? I wasn't aware bringing up suicides and drug abuse caused by the depths of despair was personal satisfaction? What about the huge increase in severe injuries from child abuse, molestation, and preventable deaths? Were those worth it or is that personal satisfaction too?
1
@brianj.4890 Except it was groups on campus that paid the speaker fee. These colleges were state colleges and receives federal funding. They are not private, so denying it was a violation of free speech or the ACLU wouldn't have sued over it. Allowing different views should be supported by colleges because you're supposed to learn how to think freely and use facts to prove an idea as bad.
