  1. Except studies have shown black owned banks give out fewer loans to blacks than white owned ones. A lot point to the study on black sounding names not being hired, but ignore the conclusion because they found black employers did the same which ruled out racism as the cause. The banks study points out the same. So the reason is not race, but something else. It's easy to say race because it's visible rather than dig deeper to find the true cause.
