  1.  @bigdaddy741098  Shaming someone for doing things is considered bullying today. You’re forgetting definitions have changed. Not being 100% supportive is considered bullying now. Slut shaming is called bullying. Looking disgustingly at a morbidly obese person is considered bullying. You’re talking about a bully at school which doesn’t translate into the adult world and interactions.

  2. They’re both eating disorders. Anorexia isn’t even really about food just like being morbidly obese isn’t. For anorexia, it’s about control. Everything feels out of control and the one thing you can have complete control over is what you put in your body. For the other way it’s about comfort. They find comfort in food again because they feel out of control. Both require you to address the underlying cause instead of just treating the symptoms they create. I’m anorexic. Just like any addiction you’re never “cured”. You will always get the impulse. You have to learn techniques that let you overcome them. Blaming other people being skinny for my emotional problems doesn’t help people like me. Edit: My 2nd pregnancy snapped me out of it, but still almost 25 years later, when my stress levels start to build I stop eating. The difference is now I realize I’m doing it and why and force myself to eat at least something.
