  5. He was a all about green energy, tree hugging, and environmentalism. Yes he's a progressive. You confuse the desire to control and censor with conservativism. Those have always been the tools of Democrats. How is it any different than progressives today saying if you aren't a stereotypical man/woman then you're in the wrong body, if you don't agree with what they believe and say so you're causing "harm", etc.

  6. This is wrong. It wasn't Reagan era conservatives. Al Gore and his wife were Democrat liberals. He was Clinton's VP and ran against Bush. Democrats still scream about it today that that election was stolen because it came down to Florida.

The stickers were a compromise by the record companies. Just like today, if one side had said no, it would have been dead in the water. You don't even know why Republicans won and Reagan won all but one state , New York, during that election year. It was because the radical left were kidnapping, killing, robbing banks, and bombing. The Capital was bombed in an attempt to kill every Republican there. That was the 2nd time it had happened in just a few years. It's hilarious that you're busy calling him names because he's trying to explain it wasn't just from one side. Saying he's all about team, while you refuse to acknowledge it was also Democrats and only blame Republicans. Massive projection.

  10. Al and Tipper Gore were the left then. It was always the left. Gore was Clinton's VP and ran against Bush Sr for President. The conservatives always focused on local stuff. They just didn't want it in their town, but didn't care if it was elsewhere.
