I think if he changed the wording to include spam and automated tracking/stalking to better define the rule, it would work better. That's much clearer than what he posted. Harrassment is already against the ToS and it could also fall under that already. The fact he didn't go that route and created a new rule, speaks highly of his choices. Edit: Musk never said Twitter would be an absolute free speech platform. People are mistaking his personal opinion with how he runs a business. He always said it would follow the Constitution as closely as possible. Stalking is already a crime, even when carried out online.
