@fraserfir19 Really? You do realize almost everyone has direct deposit for their paychecks. Pretty sure, other than a small portion, everybody gets more than $600 a paycheck. That means it's everyone. Unless you're saying anyone that makes more than $600 a month is now "rich"? You can type so you clearly have a brain. Maybe try using it. Edit: It doesn't say maintained balance of $600. Just $600 at some arbitrarily unmentioned point.

@DH-xw6jp I'll do you one better, it doesn't say "at the point of purchase or sale". That means it's vague enough that it can be interpreted as at any point. That is until it goes to court and gets more narrowly defined. Most of Congress are lawyers and they keep language just vague enough for this reason.
