  1. Rice is the ivy league of the south so I knew it couldn't be as amazing as this guy is making it out to be. They must teach something he can't get elsewhere. I can't remember if he lives in KY, but it maybe close to home. There's a small college near me that teaches forensics and it's the only one in the state that does so it could be like that.
